a call, with 95% of fault calls being repaired on the first visit! Clients who
cannot justify putting equipment under a maintenence contract, or are not
certain when they upgrade their equipment find this plan very agreeable.

As a HP ASP, our standards of engineers and quality of work is assured to
be the best at all times.

Plan 2: Retained Contract
Some clients prefer to pre-arrange their printer servicing giving the
assurance that equipment is regularly checked, tested and cleaned.

Our engineers will visit your site on specified days throughout the year to
ensure that all equipment is optimised for maximum throughput &
reliability...
